Phase 1 startup area covers 24 acre, with a construction area of 22,000 square meters.
It consists of two floors of large standard factory buildings and four independent production and R&D buildings, which can meet large-scale production needs as well as integrated office and R&D needs.
Each independent production and R&D building is equipped with an underground parking garage, with a total area of 2,500 square meters, 36 parking spaces and 100 above-ground parking spaces.
It can be customized to match business needs.
Phase two financing for the project is pending commencement, with an expected completion date of 2024.
Phase two is an extension of phase one, with a land area of 24,000 square meters and construction area of 60,000 square meters.
It will include 4 large independent production plants and 1 ancillary building, with diversified ancillary facilities to comprehensively meet enterprise and employee needs.
